At BKK Prime, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after product inspection

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
